Accreditation for press

We would like to encourage you to arrange your press accreditation directly through the below link. After clicking, you can register for the Planet Budapest 2021 event by filling in the appearing form.

Please upload your data without interruption because the registration system does not record half-completed forms.

Accreditation

Please note that registration will only be valid after official confirmation. It is also important to note that general accreditation will not provide direct access to the plenary sections of the Universe of Sustainability - Summit (HUNGEXPO, Pavilion „C”) and the Gala Ceremony. Participation at these events is subject to special invitation.

However, we would like to emphasise that the full programme, including the above-mentioned invitation-only events of the Summit, will be streamed online both in English and Hungarian.

During application please take into consideration that according to current rules, the Planet Budapest 2021 Sustainability Expo and Summit can only be visited with:

an EU Digital COVID Certificate attesting to vaccination or recovery;
a valid vaccination certificate acknowledged by the Government of Hungary on the basis of mutual or unilateral intergovernmental agreements;
a negative PCR test, not older than 72 hours;
a negative antigen test, not older than 48 hours.

Parking and location access

Parking at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Centre is free of charge for accredited members of the press. Arrival of OB trucks is ensured through gate number 2 of the HUNGEXPO.
